Objective: To observe the electro-acupuncture with sham acupuncture on behavioraland learning and memory ability of rat model of depression. Methods:48SD rats wererandomly divided into a control group, model group, electro-acupuncture group, shamacupuncture group (n=12). Moderate-intensity stimulation applications21d unforeseencombination of a solitary raise stress caused a rat model of depression. At the same timebegan to intervention. The the points of the EA EA group "Baihui" and "YINTANG",once a day, every15min, a total of21d. Sham acupuncture group were shamacupuncture the Baihui and YINTANG, once a day, every time15min, a total of21days. Blank group without any treatment, the model group modeling only, without anyintervention. Open-Field and sugar consumption experiments rat behavior detection, learning and memory in the Morris water maze test in rats. Results:The model groupcompared with the control group rats, the behavioral test their upright and level ofactivity score were reduced sugar intake percentage reduction and the ability of learningand memory decline; electro-acupuncture group compared with the model group, EAgroup behavior school score higher sucrose consumption was significantly increased (P<0.05); sham acupuncture group compared with the model group, sham acupuncturegroup behavior score and sucrose consumption was no significant increase (P>0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture treatment can change the21d unforeseen combination ofmoderate-intensity stimulation a solitary raise stress caused rat model of depression, abnormal behavior, sham acupuncture can not be changed. |
