| Objective: To observe the clinical curative efficacy and influences on relatedlaboratory parameters on occult nephritis proteinuria which type wasinsufficiency of qi in spleen and kidney through Jianpiyishen soup whichbased Sijunzi decoction andRadix Rehmanniae Decoction of sixingredients.Methods:68cases of occult nephritis proteinuria which type was insufficiency of qi inspleen and kidney were randomly divided into two groups.34cases in thetrial group and34cases in the control group. The trial group was treatedwith Jianpiyishen soup simply，three times a day，200ml each time. Thecontrol group was treated with irbesartan150mg po qd. One month was acourse. Two groups were treated three courses. Observe changes on theclinical symptoms in TCM, laboratory criteria such as urinaryprotein,24-hour urinary protein excretion before and after treatment.Results:1.68patients,8cases were removed,60cases were included in this study,collect the number of cases and case fall off no statistical difference (P>0.05), the patients compliance is greater than88.23%.The two groups hadno significant difference in clinical general data such as gender，age，course of disease, TCM clinical general information score beforetreatment.2.After3months of treatment，there was a significant difference incurative effect as the trial group’s total effective rate was83.33%，whilethe control group’s was66.67%(P﹤0.05). 3.The trial group’s effects were better than the control group in followingfactors(P﹤0.05):improving the clinical symptoms in TCM such assoreness of loins and softness of legs，spiritlessness and weakness，sallowcomplexion，anorexia，loose stool，frequent urination or frequent urinationat night, reducing proteinuria and24-hour urinary protein excretion etc.Conclusions: The trial group had better effection in improving patient’s symptoms,reducing proteinuria and24-hour urinary protein excretion than thecontrol group. |
