Objective:By analyzing visual function and visual fatigue rating changes of the femtosecond flap LASIK patients in preoperative and postoperative, we explore the relationship between the degree of visual fatigue to the moderate myopic crowds after femtosecond laser and preoperative myopia correction prior to LASIK.Method:Choose36patients who are operated by Eyes femtosecond flap LASIK surgery in our Eye optical medical center from December2012to March2013. Dividing them into two groups named relative sufficient corrected and relative insufficient corrected according to their correct degree of glasses using before the surgery. Grouping statistic the Changes in value as Amplitude of Accommodation, Distant/Near Lateral Phoria, AC/A, Distant/Near Vergence in preoperative and postoperative and to analyze the relationship between those and visual fatigue rating changes。 Results:1. Subjective visual fatigue symptoms, Preoperative sufficient handsomer and owe ages groups score mean no difference;Postoperative foot ages group average score less than less often, Full set of preoperative correction average score less than operated one, Owe group of preoperative score is less than the average postoperative correction.2. Visual function parameters, A. Before and after surgery, the foot often patients monocular regulating amplitude average are handsomer than owe group, Two groups of postoperative mean adjusting amplitude were greater than preoperative. B. Preoperative correction and owe ages group of distance level implicit oblique average, close level implicit mean no statistical difference; Postoperative foot ages group and owe handsomer far hidden Angle from the horizontal mean there was no statistically significant difference, Postoperative foot group close level of implicit skew correction mean handsomer than owe group; Foot and owe ages groups correction distance level before and after operation hidden inclined mean differences were not statistically significant; Feet close group of preoperative level implicit skew correction mean and no statistical difference. Owe close group of preoperative level implicit skew correction mean greater than postoperative. C. Preoperative sufficient correction AC/A mean less than owe ages groups, postoperative foot often group AC/A mean value is still less than owe affair; Before and after surgery, postoperative mean owe pose two group were less than preoperative. D. Preoperative sufficient handsomer and owe ages groups mean no difference for near-far melts like sex, accumulation and dispersion, and postoperative foot handsomer handsomer and owe group and melt like sex separation means also no difference; Whether sufficient correction or owe affair group, they after the operation distance is melt like average accumulation and dispersion, close is like sex average less than preoperative, accumulation and dispersion distance negative melt like accumulation and dispersion, close negative like sex separation mean change had no statistical significance.3. Following LASIK is smaller, the adjusting amplitude close outside the greater the Angle, the bigger the AC/A Cain, close harmony as the smaller reserves, postoperative visual fatigue symptom is more obvious.4.Conclusion:1.Relative insufficient corrected people before femtosecond laser whose degree of eye-fatigue is more than that of the relative sufficient corrected people before surgery.2. The degree of eye-fatigue after femtosecond laser is opposite to the amplitude of accommodation and near positive fusion Vergence; and is related to the near exophoria and the accommodative convergence/ accommodation(AC/A)...
