We had the fermented product with high activity and good common producting by a nattokinase-producing strain by solid-fermentation process optimized in feasibility research. The research attempts to evaluate the effect of anti-thrombosis hypolipidemic and antioxidative function providing the basic data for the development and rational applications.(1)The effects of nattokinase extraction for anti-thrombosis function were evaluated by checking fibrinolysis and thromboxane in vitro, measuring the change of fibrinolysis and coagulation indexes, protection for thrombosis in vivo model. It was shown that compared with the control group, clotting time and bleeding time were prolonged by intragastric administration with nattokinase extraction(p<0.05). In intravenous administration experiment, the middle does group could significantly reduce ELT, increase the content of FDP and D-dimer(p<0.01). The high dose group could obviously prolong PT, increase the content of FIB (p<0.01), prolong APTT and TT(p<0.05). In addition, in animal thrombosis models, nattokinase extraction was inhibited common carotid artery thrombus in rabbit(p<0.05). it was remarkably inhibited the formation of thrombosis in mice’S tail vein by Carrageenan(p<0.05), and also the survival rate of mice with pulmonary thrombosis induced by the mixture of collagen-epinephrine was increased by nattokinase extraction(p<0.05). In conclusion, nattokinase extraction has significant anti-thrombotic effects.(2)To probe the effect of nattokinase extraction on reducing serum lipid and antioxidation in the experimental rats with hyperlipemia. It was turned out that the TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and observe liver biopsy values of nattokinase extraction Group were all lower than that in model group, the HDL-C, SOD and NO values were increased, these difference were statistically significant. so it was illustrated that nattokinase extraction can reducethe Contents of serum lipids of experimental rats, and had superior protective function of lipid peroxidation and vascular endothelial, so as to reducing the risk of AS incident.(3)The last experiment showed that nattokinase extraction had innocuity, and no side-effect.It had a high degree of safety for oral administration.
