Objective:To study the changes of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin. NGAL), interleukin-8(IL-8) and creatinine (Scr) in adult Cardiac surgery associated renal injury.Methods:Selected15cases of the healthy control group and49cases of cardiac surgery patients,collected preoperative and postoperative6h,12h,24h.48h of blood samples in surgical patients.There were10case of AKI patients,39cases of non-AKI patients.To observe the changes of the NGAL,IL-8and SCR at the preoperative and postoperative6h,12h,24h,48h. Using the value of the logistic regression model to evaluate markers for early diagnosis of AKI.Results:1)The difference of the general Situation(age, sex, height, weight and body mass index) in healthy population and patients with cardiac surgery has not statistically significant(P>0.05).2)The differents of blood Scr,NGAL, IL-8levels in patients with cardiac surgery group and healthy control group has not statistically significant (P>0.05).3) The AKI group of patients older than non-AKI group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.01).4) The difference of The AKI group and non-AKI group’s operation time, cardiopulmonary bypass time, and cardiac arrest time has statistically significant, the AKI group use more time than the non-AKI group (P<0.05).5) There were significant differences between the two groups in surgical approach.Compared with other surgical,Double valve replacement(mitral and aortic valve replacement) surgery is easily lead to AKI.6)Blood NGAL, IL-8of different time points used to diagnose AKI, the two are not the same.The differences of two indicators in the two groups has statistically significant single-factor, but logistic regression is not the same,IL-8in AKI Diagnosis has not statistically significant, and at each point,NAGL judgment has statistically significant (p<0.05).7) In the AKI group, NGAL increased at12h,and most significantly at48h, but Scr increased at24-48h.Conclusions:1) Through this experiment,in cardiac surgery patients, the greater the age, the easier the occurrence of AKI.2) The time of cardiac surgery, cardiopulmonary bypass time, cardiac arrest time are the Influencing factors,the greater the time, the easier the occurrence of AKI.3) double valve replacement (mitral and aortic valve replacement) patients compared with other surgical easily occur AKI.4) The change of postoperative blood NAGL at12h,24h,48h point is meaningful in the diagnosis of AK1.5) In AKI group, SCR appeared elevated after24-48h,but blood NGAL began to increase at12h after operation, reached the peak at48h, blood NGAL found the occurrence of AKI earlier than Scr.
