Objectives:Through the analysis of meta-system evaluate the effectiveness of SSR antidepressant in the treatment of depression in patients with Parkinson’s disease, for treatment of depression in patients with Parkinson’s disease provides an objective frame of reference. Methods:We search Pummed was published on1995-2012English and non-English literature, Chinese biomedical literature service system(sinomed)(1995-2012), Foreign medical journal service FMJS (1995-2012), China National-Knowledge Internet CNKI (1995-2012), Chongqing VIP-(1995-2012) and Wanfang data library as a supplement.Based on design methods, distribution of literature on blind method to evaluate the quality of the documents. Two authors independently extracted the data, the evaluation of the quality, when there are differences taking negotiated. And manually searching relevant meeting documents and written to author for detailed data if necessary. The researchers conducted a meta-analysis of the data extract from19randomized controlled cases in both Chinese and English by using Review Manager software, using odds ratio (odds ratio,OR) for effect indicators and test for heterogeneity, calculating the merged OR value by the random effects model and the95%CI (95%confidence interval), evaluating the information heterogeneity and publication bias by subgroup analysis. Results:This total included19clinical trials, which Chinese literature10, foreign literature9,662people, including experimental group333people,252people have positive, positive rate of75.67%;329people in the control group, positive115people, the positive rate of34.95%.By heterogeneity test x2=0.92,p=0.001,I2=62%,it suggests that the research have heterogeneity. The result of useing random effects models is that OR=6.13,(95%CI=3.19~11.77) whick is greater than l,having statistically significant and positive about SSRI antidepressant in the treatment of depression in patients with Parkinson’s disease have a measurable effect.A subgroup analysis of comparative study on SSRI and other antidepressant treatment OR=0.94(0.56~1.57), SSRI and placebo or without placebo OR=6.13(6.32~16.72),it is showing that there is no diffferect between SSRI and other antidepressants abot antidepressant effect, but the SSRI has a clear advantage against placebo.A subgroup analysis of Chinese literature OR=10.28(6.32~16.72), foreign documents OR=0.95(0.61~1.47), this study showed a statistically significant therapeutic effect of Chinese literature and foreign literature studies show efficacy was not statistically significant, creating heterogeneity. Conclusion:This study prompted SSRI antidepressant in the treatment of depression in patients with Parkinson’s disease are valid, but not significantly different compared to other antidepressant treatment.
