The surgery group (A group26cases) and radiotherapy group(B group27cases) and concurrent chemo radiotherapy group(C group38cases).we compared the three group of survival and quality of life and the complication.43patients in the three groups of patients were uterine artery chemotherapy before mine therapy. Chemotherapy drug was CDDP.the total amount of100mg. Results:Uterine arterial infusion chemotherapy recent total effective rate was81.19%.Operation group (study group)1-year,3-year survival rate was significantly higher than the other two groups (P<0.05), while the5-year survival rates showed no significant difference between the three groups (control group)(P>0.05).the complications of operation group can be cured. However the radiation-induced damage brought great suffering to the patient.
