The high, middle dose iS the most effective.Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu drugs has the function of reducing insulin resistance in rats with hyperinsulinemia, improving insulin sensitivity, improving the effect of sugar-lipid metabolism.Part Ⅱ Clinical study of Huoxue Huayu drugs in Shaoyang people with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitusObjective:Study the effect of blood glucose, blood lipid in Shaoyang people with type Ⅱ diabetes by take the Huoxue Huayu drugs.Methods:60cases of the type Ⅱ diabetes patients were divided into treatment group of shaoyang people (Medicine) and control group (metformin, Xiaoke pill), between treatment group and control group, observed the changes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, total cholesterol, TC before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of TCM single symptoms in treatment group were higher than those in control group with significant difference (P<0.01), the total effective rate in treatment group was92.8%, control group in the total efficiency of68.5%, the total effect of the two groups symptoms also have significant difference (P<0.01); in the fasting and postprandial comparison of2h blood glucose and total cholesterol, effect and the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the results were significantly different (P<0.01); total lipid treatment group markedly effective rate is higher than that of the control group, the two group were significantly different (P<0.05);Conclusion:The improvition of TCM symptoms, FSG, TC, TG in Shaoyang people by physical therapy were better than th.at of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine...
