| Objective To promote the diagnosis and treatment of epidermoid cysts of testis.Methods12cases of testicular epidermoid cysts including diagnosis and treatment were discussed retrospectively.Results7cases among the12patients were undergone Testicular sparing surgery. Intraopertive frozen section were performed in8cases and everyone was diagnosed clearly. During a followup of2months-5years, none of the patients suffered from recurrence or metastasesConclusion ultrasonic examination would help to diagnosis. Frozen pathology is quite important for diagnosis. Testicular sparing surgery is recommended for the treatment. |
