Analysis And Experience Of20Cases In Cardiac Reoperation

Objective:To investigate the common causes and risk of reoperation for cardiac disease, explore the method of reoperation and the chosen of artificial valve.Methods:The medical records of21cases of reoperation were reviewed and analyzed.10cases under went valves replacement.6cases were reoperated for residual shunt.4cases were aortic dissection after valve replacement, they under went great vessels replacement.1case were ruptured sinus aneurysm after repair ventricular septal defect.Conclusions:The main causes of reoperation were valves replacement and residual shunt. The risk and mortality of reoperation is high. We usually use the way of median incision, sometimes through a right thoracotomy. The chosen of artificial valve should be circumspect and rational.
