Objective:Analysis the reason, treatment and curative effect of cases again in valve surgery. The clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of providing treatment cases. Methods: Selected from January 2013 to December 2015 visits from 37 patients who underwent cardiovascular surgery in valve surgery patients again as the research object, including 10 cases of male, female, 27 cases, patients' age at most 70, minimum age of 16, mean age 48.3 + /- 10.8 years old, from heart surgery for the first time the longest time interval for 23 years, the shortest is 2 months, an average of 9.3 + /- 6.8 years in disc interval, the line including 15 cases of mitral valve replacement surgery, 7 cases of aortic valve replacement, 10 cases of tricuspid valve replacement, mitral and aortic valve replacement in 4 cases, mitral valve and tricuspid valve replacement in 1 case, line during the same period, including 13 cases of tricuspid valve forming, at the same time huge patients with left atrial left atrial fold in 1 case.Again the replacements in 1 case is biological disc, the rest are all double leaf mechanical valve. The main form for telephone follow-up and patient follow-up outpatient care records. Results: After valve replacement for valve degenerative change in disc 10 cases(27.3%), again because of valve thrombosis affecting mechanical valve function again in disc 8 cases(21.6%), due to valve rheumatoid disease continue to develop reoperation in 5 cases(13.5%), due to disc weeks leakage reoperation in 5 cases(13.5%), due to biological disc decline in disc in 5 patients(13.5%), again because of infective endocarditis reoperation 4 cases(10.8%).16 cases of early postoperative complications(43.2%), surgery early death in 2 cases(5.4%), followed up for 3 months in patients with cardiac function and heart colour to exceed index improved significantly. Conclusion: 1, Valve degenerative changes, valve thrombosis affect mechanical valve function, valve rheumatoid disease continue to progress, disc week drip, biological disc decline, infective endocarditis is a major cause of valve replacement hand surgery again.2, to ensure the success of change disc surgery again, should be clear in disc again, avoid the generation of the postoperative complications.3, through the study, the results showed that heart valve replacement is safe and effective again, because the research time is shorter, long-term effect remains to be further discussed.
