Objective:In this paper, through the observation of coronary heart disease between serum anti-HSP27inpatients with different severity levels, Study on the relationship between heat shock protein27antibodylevels and severity of coronary artery disease, Study of heat shock protein27antibody level mechanism inthe process of coronary heart disease, To provide a new evaluation standard for the early intervention ofcardiovascular events. Methods: In2012January-2012year in October the patients during hospitalization.250patients withCAD, including50patients with single lesion (1vd),50patients with two lesion (2vd) and50patients withthree lesion (3vd),50patients with coronary atherosclerosis and50healthy controls were recruitedaccording to coronary angiography. The level of HSP27antibody in serum were detected by Elisa.Results:1.Serum antibody level to HSP27were significantly higher in the CAD group compared to CASand control groups (p<0.001). CAS subjects also had significantly higher levels compared with the controlgroup (p<0.001);The serum HSP27antibody level of CAS group was also significantly higher than that inhealthy control group (p<0.001)2.serum anti-HSP27were found to be significantly elevated in CAD patients with3VD comparedwith subgroups with1VD (p<0.001) and2VD (p<0.001). However, no significant difference was observedbetween1VD and2VD subgroups (p>0.05).3.CAD group, control group and Gensini in patients with coronary atherosclerosis group score andHSP27antibody positive correlation(p<0.01); There is a positive correlation of CHD group within threeGensini subgroup of patients with score and HSP27antibody level(p<0.01).Conclusions:1.human serum anti-HSP27have associated with the presence and severity of coronary arterydisease.2. This study suggests Gensini score is positively correlated with HSP27antibody level... |
