Objective:Preliminary evaluation of oral allicin capsules on the therapeutic value of hepatic fibrosis, provides a practical basis for the clinical application for the treatment of liver fibrosis allicin.Provide a higher level of evidence for the effectiveness of the treatment of liver fibrosis allicinbased medicine on the basis of the controlled clinical studies.Methods:46patients clinically diagnosed as liver cirrhosis and impose the Child-Pugh classification Aor B grade for the study, were randomly divided into allicin joint conventional treatmentgroup (experimental group) and the conventional treatment group (control group), the testgroupapplication of allicin the oral plus conventional treatment, the control group onlyconventional treatment. Two groups of patients efficacy assessment by liver function(Serumenzymes, bilirubin metabolism, protein metabolism),liver fibrosis four coagulation.allicinpreliminary evaluation of the therapeutic value of liver cirrhosis, and explore new ways ofcirrhosis treatment.Results:(1)Test and control groups are balanced in terms of gender, age, child-pugh classification.(2)Compared with the control group, ALT, GGT, TBIL, ALP, TP in the treatment group have acertain improvement, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).)Comparedwith the control group AST have a significantly improvement, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).(3)Compared with the control group after treatment, the APTT in the treatment groupimproved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); PT, TT, theFG after treatment were improved, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05)compared with the control group.(4)In the treatment group, liver fibrosis four compared with the control group improved, andin which LN was significantly lower (P <0.01), the remaining indicators showed nosignificant difference (P>0.05).(5)In the treatment group, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-γ, TNF-α, TGF-β1have no significantimprovement, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The treatment groupcompared with the control group have no significant improvement, the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions:Allicin has a certain therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis, can improve liver function, bloodclotting in patients with liver fibrosis, improve liver fibrosis four, play an active role in theprognosis of patients with liver fibrosis, may play a preventive role in the evolution of thedisease progress of liver fibrosis...
