Objective: To observe and discuss the changes of the coagulation and platelet parameterand serum lipids index in preeclampsia and the normal third trimester and healthy nonpregnant women. Method: Retrospectively analyzed41cases of hospitalizedpreeclampsia patients and41cases of the normal third trimester and41cases of thehealthy non pregnant women from January1,2010to October1,2012at the SecondClinical Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Fasting venous blood of all cases wascollected. Detect PT、 PTA、 APTT、 TT、 FIB and D-D in the CS-5100activehemagglutination nalytical system from Sysmex company. Detect PLT、MPV、PCT、PDWin the XT-1800i automated hematology analyzer from Sysmex company. The lipids weredetected with the Olympus AU2700total automatic biochemical analyzer. Results:1.Inthe normal third trimester group, the levels of PT、APTT were significantly lower than thatof healthy non pregnant women group, but significantly higher than that of preeclampsiagroup(P<0.05). There was no significant differences in TT among these groups (P>0.05).In the normal third trimester group, the levels of FIB、D-D were significantly higher thanthat of healthy non pregnant women group but significantly lower than that ofpreeclampsia group (P<0.05).2.In preeclampsia group, the levels of PLT weresignificantly lower than that of the normal third trimester group, also that of the normalthird trimester group significantly lower than that of healthy non pregnant women group(P<0.05).In preeclampsia group, the levels of PDW were significantly lower than that of thenormal third trimester group, and the levels of MPV were significantly lower than that ofhealthy non pregnant women group. In preeclampsia group, the levels of PCT weresignificantly lower than that of healthy non pregnant women group, but significantlyhigher than that of the normal third trimester group (P<0.05).3.In the normal thirdtrimester group, the levels of TG and TC were significantly higher than that of healthy nonpregnant women group, but significantly lower than that of preeclampsia group(P< 0.05).In preeclampsia group, the levels of HDL were significantly lower than that of thenormal third trimester group, but it is no significant differences between the normal thirdtrimester group and the healthy non pregnant women group. Conclusion: These resultsrevealed that the patients had hypercoagulable state, and the dysfunction of coagulation,anti-coagulation, fibrinolysis and lipid metabolism. The platelet count in the preeclampsiapatients is low.
