| Objective: To evaluate the value of64-slice spiral CT diagnostic coronary arterystenosis by using Meta in order to provide a comprehensive information for makingclinical decision. Methods: To screen literature published in January2005to March2011according to the inclusion criteria in the Cochrane Library and OVID, Embase database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Academic Journal Full-text databases. We conducted quality evaluation and heterogeneity test to the qualified original data.Calculated the sensitivity and specificity, and95%confidence interval, drawn Summaryreceiver operating characteristic (Summary ROC) curves and calculated area under thecurve, and evaluated the coronary CTA of diagnosing coronary artery stenosis. Results:A total of nine studies were consolidated, four domestic literature, foreign literature5. The64-slice spiral CT evaluation of vascular stenosis in a summary of the sensitivity andspecificity, respectively were:0.94(0.93,0.95) and0.96(0.96,0.96) and SROC areaunder the curve was0.9912. Conclusion: Coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronaryartery disease have a higher sensitivity and specificity and can be usedas a noninvasive method of screening coronary heart disease. The foreign research ofDiagnostic tests designed is more rigorous than domestic research. |
