Objective:Atrial fibrillation is a kind of atrial arrhythmia clinical comparison of themultiple.To investigate the association between VKORC11639G> A polymorphism inXin jiang Kazaks and Hans.Methods:Genetic DNA was extracted from200primaryAtrial Fibrillation patients of Kazakh including100patients from Kazakh and100fromHan Ethnic group and Han Ethnic group and200controls including100from Kazakh and100from Han Ethnic group from their peripheral venous blood.The1639G> A polymor-phism of VKORC1Gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and theVKORC1Gene1639G> A polymorphism of Chymase gene was detected using PCRrestriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).Results:There was difference betweenKazakh AF group and Kazakh control group in VKORC1Gene1639G>A polymorphismgenotype frequency and allele frequency(P<0.05).There was also difference betweenHan AF group and Han control group in VKORC1Gene1639G> A polymorphismgenotype frequency and allele frequency(P<0.05).There was difference between Kaz-akh Ethnic and Han Ethnic in VKORC1Gene1639G> A polymorphic loci (P<0.05).There was no difference between male AF and female AF in VKORC1Gene1639G> A polymorphism genotype frequency and allele frequency(P>0.05). Conclusions:There is Ethnic difference between Kazakh Ethnic and Han Ethnic in VKORC1Gene1639G> A polymorphisic loci.
