To Explore The Effects Of Different Bindling Anastomosis After Pancreatoduodenectomy Pancreatic Fistula

Objective:Compare three different Binding pancreaticoduodenectomy anastomoticmethods in pancreatic fistula after pancreaficoduedenectomy, investigate the safety andfeasibility of modified binding pancreaticojejunostomy after pancreaficoduedenectomy.Methods:The clinicopathologic data of67patients who underwent pancreasficodueden-ectomy at Hepatic-biliary-pancreatic Surgery of Tumor Hospital affiliated XinjiangMedical University form November2008to December2012was analyed retrospectively.Modified binding pancreaticojejunestomy(19) binding pancreaticojejunestomy(34)andBinding pancreaticogastrostomy(14).Compare the pancreatic fistula rate,operationtime,intraoperative blood loss and average days of hospitalization,amylase levels ofabdominal cavity drainage liquid and gastric juice among the group.Results:The resultswere drawed from successful pancreaticoduodenectomy. All the patients had noreoperations,no patients died.The rate of pancreatic leakage was5.26％,8.82％and7.14％in three different Binding pancreaticoduodenectomy anastomotic methods respectively.Itwas no significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05);compare the average timeof pancreatic anastomosis, average operation time,and the difference was statisticallysignifieant(P<0.05).average amount of blood loss;postoperative hospital stay;there werealso no significant difference.Conclusions:Three pancreaticoduodenectomy anastomoticmethods after pancreafico-duedenectomy are safety methods in PD.Modified bindingpancreaticojejunestomy is easy to conduct and saving time,which maybe a valuablemethod for pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy.
