Objective:To investigation the relevant factors which affect our hospital’s unilateral hip replacement surgery patients perioperative blood needs and the problem of blood for clinical process, meanwhile, looking for more standardized and reasonable transfusion. Methods:Extract each150cases of the medical records of patients who underwent unilateral hip replacement surgery in our hospital between January1,2012to December31, divided into blood transfusion group and non-transfusion group according to Whether perioperative transfusion of allogeneic blood, record patient’s age, weight, gender, preoperative hemoglobin concentration (Hb),platelet count, the ASA classification, anesthesia, surgery duration, blood loss and transfusion indicators, postoperative bleeding, postoperative hemoglobin concentration, respectively. And to investigate the measurements of Hb concentration and hematocrit (Hct), and the application of blood salvage technology in all patients. Results:The difference of two groups in Hb concentration, blood loss, surgery duration were statistically significant(P<0.05); And the patients who accepted hip replacement surgery with a perioperative transfusion ratio of32.6%, the average amount of blood transfusion was650ml. Only4patients were detected the Hb and2patients received autologous blood transfusion in all patients. Conclusion:Preoperative Hb concentration, blood loss and operative time are the factors affect whether transfused perioperative of hip replacement surgery patients; and clinical transfusion process is unreasonable in our hospital.
