Diabetes is one of the three major killers of human health, and the number ofpatients with diabetes has increased so much in the world. But there is still no solution tothoroughly cure the diabetes, except the frequent blood glucose detection and injectinginsulin to control the diabetes. The noninvasive blood glucose detection is the focus in allmethods of the blood glucose detection in the future. There are many people researchingthe non-invasive blood glucose detection, and most of them are focus on theNear-infrared light method and the reverse iontophoresis method. In this paper, we dosome experiment about how to extract and detect the tissue fluid based on thepredecessors’ research, and design an amperometric glucose sensor which could be usedto detect the glucose. At last, we try to design a blood glucose detection system, whichhas the function of extracting and detecting the concentration of glucose solution that wemade by ourselves in the laboratory, with the technology of the microcomputer integratedcircuit and make the STC89C51RC chip as the core micro-controller.This paper’s main work includes:(1)Completing the design of the three electrodes amperometric glucose sensor basedon screen printing process. After lots of experiment, a good oxidation reducing, linearity, repeatability and consistency has been validated by CHI600A electrochemical workstation. The glucose sensor has a good linearity in the range of4~22mmol/L and complies withthe formula y0.4297x0.3539, and the sensitivity of the glucose sensor is1.70μA/(mmol*L-1). The average measurement deviation of the same batch and the differentbatch is0.85%. This sensor could be used to detect the glucose concentration on the levelof mmol/L.(2) After the completing of the glucose sensors’ designing, some other research aboutthe blood detection device which is based on the reverse iontophoresis technology has beenmade. On the basis of master control chip STC89C51RC, we design a0.1mA/cm2constant-current source circuit and a5.0V to11.0V adjustable constant voltage sourcecircuit which could be used to do the glucose’s extraction experiment. After the test of thecircuit, we found that the circuit of the constant voltage source and the constant currentsource meet the requirement of the detection, they could be used to do the simulation of theglucose extraction experiment. (3) Finally, we validate the performance of the noninvasive blood glucose detectiondevice and the sensors with the glucose solution in the range of4~22mmol/L which wemade in the laboratory. The result shows that the device could distinguish the differentglucose solution, and the correlation coefficient between the test result and the result fromSannuo glucose meter is0.9980。...
