CD4+determination value comparison: comparison between groups: postoperative day7of Glngroup determination value of32.32±2.34is significantly higher than normal group of26.44±1.87(p <0.05). Is: in the group and normal group3,5, and7days after23.33±2.64,2.64±1.87,32.32±2.34,significantly lower than the34.33±2.75(p <0.05); Gln group3,5,7days significantly lower than thepreoperative (p <0.05).CD8+determination value comparison: comparison between groups: Gln group of measured value of35.31±2.765days postoperatively significantly higher than the normal group was27.22±2.83(p <0.05).Is: in the group and normal group3,5, and7days after22.11±2.54,32.32±2.35plus or minus38±3.16and significantly lower than the preoperative (p <0.05); Gln group3,5, and7days after30.32±3.75, and3.75±2.76,34.32±2.53, significantly lower than the preoperative36.14±2.87(p <0.05).Conclusion:Glutamine support in postoperative gastric cancer treatment can improve the nutritional status ofpatients, increase protein synthesis; Can reduce the expression of inflammatory factor; Can improve thepatient’s immune function, to provide patients with stress ability.
