Analysis Of Vaccination Certificate Of Children AtAdm Ission To Child Care Setting And School In Hefei City,2010

Objective To understand theimmunization status of the children at the admission to child care setting and school in Hefei City and provide evidence for further improvement of the vaccination rate and infectious disease control and prevention.Methods Examination was conducted on immunization certificate of children in kindergarten and school according to the unified programme in2010by Cluster sampling. On the rate of expansion of the national immunization program, vaccination rates、replant and vaccine for performing statistical analysis.Results The inspection rate of was100%in778Primary schools and854kindergartens. The possession rate of vaccination certificate was97.7%in children, The possession rate97.1%in Primary schools and98.9%in kindergartens.And the vaccination rate of Group A+C> DT (DPT) and Hepatitis A vaccine was lower90%, respectively, others was all high90%; Meningitis and Hepatitis A vaccine and rate was lower in kindergarten than primary school,The difference was statistically significant. Others was higher in kindergarten than primary school, The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The school and the Vaccination clinic lack of communication. Can not receive timely childhood vaccines replant information feedback,was Impact of vaccine plant factors. Certificate of Children at Admission to Child Care Setting have Legal basis,but No good implementation. The possession rate of vaccination certificate and the inspection rate Maintained at a high level.
