Objective:To measure203cases of hospitalized neonatal serum25-hydroxyitamin D [25(OH) VD] levels in kunming, combined with the source sex of bone alkaline phosphatase (BAP) and parathyroid hormone (PTH), blood calcium and blood phosphorus levels. To comprehensive analysis about the neonates with gestational age, days of age, birth weight and mothers’ pregnancies affected factors. Integrality Kunming geographical characteristics, analysis neonatal vitamin D (VitD) content in serum and related influencing factors, in order to guide the neonatal vitamin D supplementation.Method:Collected in October2011to January2013in kunming medical university second affiliated hospital of pediatrics, a total of218cases of neonatal ward hospitalized newborn, exclusion of mothers and newborns has a history of metabolic disease, kidney disease, long-term use of drugs of15cases,203cases, male118, female85cases;75cases of premature infants:average birth weight was (2188.63+518.42) g, the average age was (5.19+8.13) days. Full term128cases: average birth weight was (3062.31+498.45) g, the average days of age was (5.03+6.19) days;At next morning to collect3ml venous blood, using tandem mass spectrometry hy-phenated to liquid chromatography systems(HPLC-MS/MS) detection of serum25-(OH) VD level, combined with BAP, PTH and so on, to analysis and statistics about mother factors, age, season of birth, jaundice or not.Result:1.The average level of203cases of neonatal serum vitamin D is (11.55±5.32) ng/mL.2. The mother added vitamin D and calcium supplements during pregnancy and pregnancy without vitamin D supplements and calcium supplements neonatal serum vitamin D levels were (12.98±4.35) ng/ml,(7.50±4.65) ng/ml, after comparing with each group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.3. Gestational age<32weeks,32-36weeks gestational age, gestational age in37~42weeks of vitamin D levels were (8.59±4.51) ng/ml,(10.26±5.56)ng/ml,(13.03±4.97) ng/ml, after comparing with each other, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.4.1day or less day age,2~7days, days of age>7days the average neonatal serum vitamin D levels were (8.48±3.62) ng/ml,(13.35±3.88) ng/ml,(16.55±5.32) ng/ml, after comparing with each other, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.5. Neonatal jaundice group, without jaundice group of neonatal vitamin D levels were (13.39±4.29) ng/ml,(10.21±5.62) g/ml, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.6. Low birth weight and normal birth weight, infant vitamin D levels were (9.71±5.33) ng/ml,(12.80±5.02) ng/ml,(10.07±2.56) ng/ml; Birth weight affect vitamin D levels and low birth weight in vitamin D levels below normal birth weight, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; And low birth weight and normal birth weight of the vitamin D levels compared with macrosomia was respectively (P>0.05), there was no statistically significant difference.7. The average level of serum vitamin D in different birth season respectively are:born in winter and spring:(11.30±5.45) ng/ml; born in summer and autumn:(12.98±4.35) ng/ml,after comparing with each other, P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.8. The neonatal serum vitamin D levels and serum BAP, PTH, calcium, phosphorus, respectively do Pearson correlation analysis, correlation coefficient, respectively,0.037,0.048,0.283,0.048; Neonatal serum vitamin D levels and blood calcium were positively correlated, P<0.05, there is statistical significance; With BAP, serum phosphorus, PTH, there is no correlation, P>0.05,there is no statistical significance.Conclusion:1. This study of neonatal serum vitamin D levels are inadequate.2. Motherhood vitamin D and calcium supplementation during pregnancy can affect the neonatal serum vitamin D levels, and motherhood vitamin D supplements and calcium supplements during pregnancy and neonatal serum vitamin D level is high.3.The serum vitamin D levels of full term infants are higher than preterm infants.4. Different age neonatal has different serum vitamin D levels, the elder newborns with a higher vitamin D level.5. Neonatal jaundice group serum vitamin D level is higher than without jaundice group.6. Vitamin D levels have influence on the neonate birth weight between normal birth weight of serum vitamin D level is higher than the low birth weight.7. Serum vitamin D levels and blood calcium were positively correlated.8. There is no relationship between BAP, PTH, blood phosphorus and neonatal serum vitamin D level.9. It was no effect about different birth season on neonatal serum vitamin D level.
