Objective: Analysis of400cases of healthy children aged0-8vitamin D levelsin Changchun, and evaluate their nutritional status. To find and evaluate their degree ofrisk factors in group level and individual level respectively. To investigate recurrentrespiratory infections, recurrent diarrhea, bronchial asthma, lack iron anemia andvitamin D levels in children correlation. To do the preliminary work of scaleepidemiological survey on vitamin D levels in Changchun region. Methods: The study included in Changchun (Changchun city and its ruralareas)0to8-year-old healthy children,a total of400. When receive the guardian’sinformed consent, collect plasma samples from blood specimens. Afterseparation, purification, isotope internal standard pre-processing and high performanceliquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for quantitative detection, theoriginal mass spectrometry datas and plasma25(OH)D contents areobtained,including25(OH)D3and25(OH)D2.Finish the clinical investigationdata.Data obtained normality test by SPSS19.0statistical software. With a normaldistribution, measurement data is used mean±standard deviation (χ±S) statisticaldescription.Between the two groups, data is normal distribution and approximatenormal distribution, measurement data using t-test; count data and screening riskfactors χ2-test; among groups,single-factor analysis of variance (F test).Determinethe degree of risk of influencing factors Logistic regression used.Results:(1) HPLC-MS/MS detecting children plasma25(OH)D content isexcellent spectral quality, mild error interference, high reliability of the results.(2)Study overall25(OH)D levels below the normal reference range. Low state and lackof proportion from all ages is high. Particular group of children aged0to1, vitamin Dlack of proportion is35.71%,less than the proportion42.86%, adequacy ratio21.43%,Compared with3-year-old group,5-year-old group,8-year-old group,0to1year oldgroup plasma25(OH)D level is a significant difference (P<0.05).(3)Children of all ages blood plasma25(OH)D levels in March2013and in April2013weresignificantly lower than in September2012and October2012(P<0.05).In addition to5-year-old outside the group in each age group plasma25(OH)D level in September2012plasma25(OH)D level in October2012difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4) Male plasma25(OH)D level (27.64±10.98)ng/ml, women(27.41±11.69)ng/ml, between the two is not statistically significant; from urban areas(including county) plasma25(OH)D level (30.54±13.31)ng/ml, from rural areas(including the township)(25.24±9.99)ng/ml, The latter was significantly lower than theformer (P<0.05). But in the age group0to1, to3-year-old group, from the urban area(including county) and from rural areas (including towns) plasma25(OH)D leveldifference was not statistically significant.(5) According to the OR(inparentheses)values in descending order sort lists these risk factors, the degree of riskas follows:the irregular taking or not taking vitamin D preparations (1.695),exclusivebreastfeeding diet (1.631),the average daily outdoor activities less than2hours bloodsampling two weeks ago (1.578),household per member annual income of less than3,000yuan (1.574),mother’s degree in college (1.532),1year before blood samplingrecurrent respiratory infections (1.488),1year before blood sampling repeateddiarrhear(1.459),picky eaters, anorexia habits (1.417),1year before blood samplingrepeated bronchial asthma attacks (1.311).Conclusion:(1)Levels of vitamin D of children is low in Changchun, so shouldpay attention to vitamin D supplementation.(2)Vitamin D levels of children in groupsof factors include age, sun exposure, long-term residence in Changchun.(3)Individualfactors include drug substitution, diet, outdoor activities, family economic level, mother education, previous diseases, picky eaters, anorexia in Changchun.
