Objective To understand the levels of aflatoxin M1in raw milk and aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2in feed from Yunnan, and analysis the relationship between aflatoxin M1in raw milk and aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2in feed.Metheds Detecting the content of aflatoxin M1in raw milk and aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2in feed, and make a survey at the sampling point at the same time to know about the basic farming-related things.Making a content analysis and evaluation of afiatoxin M1in raw milk and aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2in feed, using SPSS statistical analysis to find the correlation.Results (1) In survey, sixty-five point seven percent of all farmers in more than10years., the majority (seventy-three point six percent) are small households, not exceed five heads. Eeighty point four percent of the farmers did not participate in training in dairy farming. Sixty-one point two percent of the farmers are planting high-quality forage, but a small number.Silage reserve less, only twenty-four point five percent of the farmers reserve silage. The mixed feed is the main feed, about sixty percent of the total.(2) Sixty-five point seven percent (67/102) of raw milk are detected aflatoxin M1,the maximum is0.396μg/kg, detection mean is0.020μg/kg. The content of aflatoxin M1in eighty-four point four percent of raw milk under0.05ug/kg.(3) Twenty-six point one percent (64/245) of total245feed are detected aflatoxin B1. Seventy-three point two percent (60/82) of total82complete feed are detected aflatoxin B1.Four point six percent (4/87) of total87raw materials feed are detected aflatoxin B1. Zero percent of total76straw materials feed are detected aflatoxin B1.(4) There was no in245feed samples detected aflatoxin aflatoxin G1and G2.(5) Twenty percent (49/245) of total245feed are detected aflatoxin B2. Fifty-seven point three percent (47/82) of total82complete feed are detected aflatoxin B2.Two point three percent (2/87) of total87raw materials feed are detected aflatoxin B2. Zero percent of total76straw materials feed are detected aflatoxin B2. No feed sample detected only aflatoxin degree toxin B2, while the feed is detected aflatoxin M1.(6) The chi-square test:The detection rates of aflatoxin B1and aflatoxin B2in245copies feed were significantly different (P<0.05).The detection rates of aflatoxin B1and aflatoxin B2in complete feed were significantly different (P<0.05). The detection rates of aflatoxin B1and aflatoxin B2in raw materials feed were not significantly different (P>0.05). No straw feed sample was not detected aflatoxin. The detection rate of aflatoxin B1in different feeds (complete feed, raw materials feed and straw feed) were significantly different (P<0.05), the detection rate of aflatoxin B2in different feeds (complete feed, raw materials feed and straw feed) were significantly different (P<0.05).(7) Fifty-six point nine percent of raw milk and feed are detected aflatoxin aflatoxin M1and B1、B2. Twenty-eight point four percent of raw milk and feed are not detected aflatoxin. Ninty-three point eight percent of aflatoxin B1and ninty-five point nine percent of B2are come from complete feed.(8) The Spearman correlation analysis:There is a positive correlation between the aflatoxin M1in raw milk and the aflatoxin B1in feed.The content of aflatoxin M1in raw milk increasing with the content of aflatoxin B1in feed.Conclusion From the test results we can get the conclusion:The aflatoxin M1in raw milk in a higher detection rate, but no sample exceeded. No feed samples are detected aflatoxin G1and G2. The detection rate of aflatoxin B1, B2in overall245feed is low, but the aflatoxin B1, B2detection rate in complete feed is high. Aflatoxin B1, B2mainly from the complete feed.There is no significant relationship between aflatoxin M1in raw milk and aflatoxin G1, G2in feed, and unable to determine the correlation between Aflatoxin B2-The aflatoxin M1in raw milk is positively correlated with aflatoxin B1in feed.
