Objective:Investigate of FOXC2C-512T and G-350T and ApoE locus single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in Yunnan Dai correlation with type2diabetes.MothodS:Article select the Yi ethnic group in Yunnan Province212cases, including94cases of patients with type2diabetes and non-diabetic control118cases. Type2diabetes mellitus patients136cases of Han ethnic.Dai crowd375cases, including92cases of patients with type2diabetes, non-diabetic control283cases.By PCR-RFLP analysis techniques detection of FOXC2C-512T G-35OT, the ApoE locus gene polymorphism.Results:(1)FOXC2C-512T genotype CC CT and TT frequency in type2diabetes Yi94cases,92cases of Dai,Han136patients is48.9%,45.7%,5.4%;30.0%,50.0%,19.7%;39.0%,41.2%,14.3%;FOXC2G-350T genotypes GG GT and TT frequencies is54.3%,35.1%,10.6%;67.1%,23.7%,9.2%;60.1%,35.4%,4.4%; Dai of Tynp2diabetes92cases and136patients of the Han ApoE genotype E3/4, E2/2, E3/3and E4/4of the frequency distribution is1.3%,3.9%,88.2%,6.6%;7.2%,13.2%,78.3%,1.3%; All the distribution of genotypes is in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05).(2) FOXC2C-512T and G-350T> ApoE gene polymorphisms racial differences:C-512T: Dai and Yi genotype frequency distribution of a significant difference (P<0.05), Dai and Han, Yi and Han allele frequency distribution statistics differences (P<0.05). G-350T:Genotype frequency distribution between different ethnic groups found no significant difference (P>0.05), a significant difference allele frequencies between Dai and Yi, Dai and Han(P<0.05). ApoE:The Dai and Han genotype frequency distribution significant difference (P<0.05). Allele frequencies did not find statistically significant difference between Dai and Han (P>0.05).(3) FOXC2C-512T G-350T ApoE gene polymorphisms and metabolic relevance:C-512T:Yunnan Dai nationality type2diabetes FPG compares CC mellitus with TT+CT with statistically difference (P<0.05),CC is higher than the TT+CT. G-350T:Yunnan Yi type2diabetes mellitus UA compares GG group and TT+GT with statistically significant (P<0.05),GG is higher than the TT+GT.Yunnan Dai UA between all groups in type2diabetes mellitus is no statistically significant (P>0.05). ApoE:Han nationality with type2diabetes in metabolic indices between all groups found no statistical difference (P>0.05). Yunnan Dai nationality of type2diabetes UA with E3/3between E212is statistically significant (P<0.05), E2/2is higher than thee3/3, but with E2/2,E3/4+E4/4,E2/2+E3/4+E4/4compare no statistical significance (P>0.05).(4) FOXC2C-512T G-350Tn ApoE gene polymorphism did not find a clear link Yunnan Dai type2diabetes (P>0.05). G-350T gene polymorphism did not find clear link Yunnan Yi type2diabetes (P>0.05).Waist-to-Hip ratio and LDL-C have occurrence with the Dai national minority of type2diabetes.BMl,waist circumference have occurrence with the Yi national minority of type2diabetes.Conclusion:(1)FOXC2, ApoE gene polymorphism in Yunnan Han and Dai populations ethnic is specificity.(2)FOXC2C-512T G-350T ApoE gene polymor-phisms and metabolic indices relevance:①C-512T:Dai fasting blood glucose in type2diabetes and the T allele of the mutations have correlation.②G-350T:Yunnan Yi and Dai in type2diabetes and blood glucose and blood lipids index don’t find associated with the mutations of G-350T. ApoE:Han and Dai in type2diabetes and blood glucose and blood lipids index don’t find associated with the mutations of ApoE.(3)FOXC2ApoE gene polymorphism the Dai people with type2diabetes is no significant correlation. FOXC2G-350T gene polymorphism the Yi People with type2diabetes is no significant correlation.
