Objective:1.Quantification by DNA quantitative cytology and conventional cytology for cervical cancer screening in a population, the sensitivity and specificity of different screening technology, in order to develop the best processes for cervical cancer screening.2. The value for ASCUS shunt quantitative evaluation of DNA quantitative cytology, explore the shunting method objective sensitive, for the ASCUS case, the conventional cytology results were good shunt ASCUS patients.3. Looking for screening method is sensitive to cervical cell cancer screening, reducing the mortality.Methods:1.From2012June-2012December in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University Department of gynecology clinic, no study in2484patients of cervical cytology contraindications, respectively, DNA quantitative cytology and conventional cytology, with cervical biopsy as the gold standard, and the results were compared statistically analysis of double blind.2. Screening of cervical cancer screening in the hospital routine cytology in392patients with ASCUS, according to DNA quantitative cytology technique for biopsy group and non biopsy group, under the guidance of the colposcopy cervical biopsy, with biopsy results as the gold standard, statistical analysis.3. The results of pathological examination for the collection of cervical Adenocarcinoma and two cases of cervical cytology results were compared.Results:1. A total of274women did the biopsy and pathological examination of cervical tissue. For the diagnosis of pathological results as golden standard, the sensitivity of the calculated DNA quantitative cytology for the detection of CINII more cervical lesions was92.16%, the specificity was93.13%, the Youden index was0.8529, while the conventional cytology methods the sensitivity of68.63%, specificity of96.47%, Youden index is0.6510. The comparison, the difference was statistically significant.2. For the392patients with conventional cytology ASCUS, biopsy under colposcopy for organization:CIN II and more lesions in41cases10.45%(41/392). If the screening of CIN II and above pathological changes as the goal, the sensitivity analysis method of DNA policy (Se)90.24%(37/41), specificity (Sp) was60.96%(214/351), the Youden index was0.512, the positive predictive value was20.78%(37/178), the negative predictive value was98.57%(277/281). If CINIII and the disease than for positive results and the sensitivity was100%(9/9).3. There were3patients biopsy under colposcopy results for cervical Adenocarcinoma and conventional cytology results in normal cells, DNA test results were positive.Conclusion:1DNA quantitative cytology technique compared with conventional cytology in screening of cervical cancer without reducing specificity, which can significantly improve the sensitivity and wide application value in the screening of cervical cancer.2. Quantitative analysis of DNA provides a sensitive method for objective, for the screening of ASCUS cases, is helpful to diagnosis of ASCUS in patients with CINII and above lesions, the cytological diagnosis was good shunt ASCUS patients.3. This method has a certain value in diagnosis of screening of cervical Adenocarcinoma may.
