Chapter1:As the starting point to the supramolecular, we simply reviewed the developing history of supramolecular from the crown to the macrocyclic compounds cucurbiturl of this research at the chapter, and introduces the structure feature and biological characteristics of cucurbituril. On this basis, application of the inclusion at the dyes, metal ions and drugs were reviewed in this paper. Then the research methods of host-guest were brief analyzed, and focused on the fluorescence spectroscopy with nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Finally the chemical properties and biological characteristics of the guest drugs molecules were introduced in this dissertation.Chapter2:The inclusion behavior of cucurbit[n]uril with ferulic acid was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy under the conditions of pH3.05,6.50and8.40. Then the inclusion constants and inclusion ratio were calculated by double reciprocal curve method. Followed the structure type of host-guest was investigated by use of’H NMR spectroscopy. Thus FA/CB[7] can be well applied in the analysis recovery of spiked blood and urine samples. The results showed that a linear relationship was obtained in the range from2to400ng mL-1, and r=0.999.Chapter3:The inclusion behavior of cucurbit[n]uril with Chlorogenic acid was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy under the conditions of pH3.05,6.50and8.40. Then the inclusion constants and inclusion ratio were calculated by double reciprocal curve method. Followed the structure type of host-guest was investigated by use of1H NMR spectroscopy. Thus CGA/CB[6] can be well applied in the analysis recovery of spiked blood and urine samples. The results showed that a linear relationship was obtained in the range from3to1100ng mL-1, and r=0.999.Chapter4:The inclusion behavior of cucurbit[n]uril with caffeic acid was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy at the conditions of pH3.05,6.50 and8.40. Then the inclusion constants and inclusion ratio were calculated by double reciprocal curve method. Followed the structure type of host-guest was investigated by use of1H NMR spectroscopy. Thus CA/CB[7] can be well applied in the analysis recovery of spiked blood and urine samples. The results showed that a linear relationship was obtained in the range from3to360ng mL-1, and r=0.999.Chapter5:The inclusion behavior of the drug ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid with the supramolecular Cucurbituril were summarized in this chapter, and the inclusion interaction between the host-guest were systematically compared through the fluorescence spectrometry. Then these different spectra for reasons were analyzed. Finally the spiked recovery methods of different drugs with different CB[n] were compared. The results show that the host-guest compounds have a certain practical significance in the medicinal field.
