With the rapid development of modern pharmaceutical science and the establishment of high sensitivity and high selectivity of drug analysis test method is very important. This paper aims to improve and sensitify the performance of molecular spectroscopy of some drugs by the research of supramolecular inclusion of cucurbituril and certain drugs. Fluorescent probes forming by cucurbituril–isoquinlline complexes enable to study drugs of weak fluorescence through fluorescence quenching. establish highly sensitive new method for specific drug analysis, and implement certain drugs, trace analysis. The content and results of this paper are as follows:1. Recalling studies of the third generation of supramolecular host cucurbituril, and its application in the field of molecular devices, materials science, life science and pharmaceutical were introduced. And research methods of supramolecular host cucurbituril was introduced, such as NMR, fluorescence quenching and the fluorescence probe method. At last, the author looks forward to applied prospects of supramolecular host cucurbituril.2. Stuying fluorescence of chelerythrine at different pH conditions by using fluorescence spectroscopy showing that chelerythrine has not fluorescence at acid conditions, but it produces a strong fluorescence when cucurbituril[6] exists, through which sets up can produce a kind of method of fluorescence spectrophotometry of determinating chelerythrine. At the same time, finding that in alkaline conditions, chelerythrine can also emit fluorescent, and using this method for the determination of chelerythrine directly. Experimental results show that compared two methods, the former has a high sensitivity and good selectivity, which is more sensitive than other methods have been reported.3. Study of albendazole and berberine cucurbituril[7] cavity in the competition reaction, finding that berberine can squeeze cucurbituril[7] cavity in the best conditions, which shows the addition of albendazole leads to intense quench of fluorescence in strong fluorescence system CB[7]–berberine inclusion, thus establishing a new method of fluorescence spectroscopy in determinating high sensitive of albendazole,.The method is successfully applied to pharmaceutical preparations of the determination of albendazole. 4. A new simple and sensitive method for the detection of astemizole based on the fluorescence quenching of cucurbit[7]uril(CB[7]–palmatine was developed. Palmatine itself exhibits very weak fluorescence emission in aqueous solutions. In the presence of CB[7], the CB[7] can to react with palmatine to form 1:1 host-guest stable complexes and the fluorescence intensity of the complexes was greatly enhanced, in which palmatine served as a sensitive fluorescence indicator probe. The dramatic quenching of fluorescence intensity of CB[7]–palmatine complex upon the addition of astemizole. The quenching of CB[7]–palmatine fluorescence at room temperature is fast and nearly complete upon astemizole interaction and the corresponding values of the fluorescence quenchingΔF is good linear relationship to astemizole concentration in a certain range of concentration. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of the pharmaceutics. The formation of complexes was also confirmed by NMR.
