Objective:Study of homocysteine (Hcy), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FBG) with symptomatic intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis disease.Methods:106patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease from2009March to2012July in our hospital diagnosed cases of Department of internal medicine, Review the survey and collection of homocysteine, hypersensitive C-reactive protein eactive protein, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose results. Morphology and confirmed by MRA/DSA diagnosis in patients with cerebral vascular stenosis cervical vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid stenosis; diagnosis standard reference diagnostic standard of Diagnosis2010standard Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and management of acute ischemic stroke, and in combination with CT or MRI and clinical manifestations of cerebral infarction patients were diagnosed; all subjects according to the clinical and related examinations:within six months of suffering from acute myocardial infarction, peripheral vascular occlusive disease, severe trauma or operation; there are all kinds of acute and chronic infection, tumor, connective tissue disease, thyroid dysfunction, renal insufficiency decompensation period (serum creatinine≥186mmol/L), acute or chronic hepatobiliary diseases and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; previous neural system implement qualitative sex disease causes neurological dysfunction; mental illness, not partners; nearly three months of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists, beta blockers, two thiazolidinediones, insulin, metformin, anti-inflammatory drugs and/or drugs affecting the immune system function.Comparison and regression analysis was conducted then in the statistical analysis.Results:proportion for vascular stenosis in this study was56.6%. among the62cases of vascular stenosis patients, The degree of stenosis and no stenosis patients tested serum Hey, hr-CRP, HDL, there was significant difference in LDL levels; the level of serum Hey and ICA stenosis degree of positive correlation, r=0.356, p<0.01; is negatively related to the level of serum HDL and ICA, degree of stenosis r=-0.26, P<0.05; degree of serum level of LDL and ICA stenosis is correlation, r=0.23, P<0.05. Logistic regression showed us that complicated with diabetes hypertension and smoke were the risk factors for stenosis.Conclusion:The present study of intracranial and extracranial stenosis rate was56.6%; no stenosis patients,65.22%of the people in carotid artery plaque. Extracranial and intracranial stenosis in middle cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion of the highest proportion (64.48%), followed by the internal carotid artery (50.36%) Hey, hr-CRP, LDL level was positively related to ICA and negatively related to the degree of stenosis, the level of HDL and ICA stenosis, diabetes, Logistic regression analysis showed, diabetes, hypertension, smoking is a major risk factor for vascular stenosis, and risk factors can be controlled. Therefore, in-depth research on risk factors of intracranial arterial stenosis artery and extracranial stenosis, and formulate treatment or prevention programs must, on vascular stenosis prevention, In order to ensure patient enough brain blood perfusion, stroke and transient ischemic attack is very important to improve the prognosis.
