Study Of Biofeedback Method In The Treatment Of The Police With The Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To explore the effects of biofeedback therapy on clinical related factor in policemen with metabolic syndromeMethods To investigate Tianjin MS policemen with the method of concentrated answer, back to the questionnaire survey,whom are unified application of occupational stress scale.After the initial screen choose,360policemen as the object of investigation were stratified:high, medium and low-grade occupational stress groups;each group is divided into intervention group and blank control group。Then, body mass index, serological indexes, stress related indicators were measured before and after the intervention biological feedback in therapy group and comparison group. To evaluate treatment effect of biofeedback on Tianjin MS policemen.Results After biofeedback treatment, biochemical index, stress index, occupational stress scale evaluation of intervention group and blank control group has changed. Along with low occupational tension MS police there is no obvious difference in the high blood sugar, there were significant differences in the rest of Biochemical indicators of intervention group and control group (the middle vocational tension P<0.05, the high vocational tension (P<0.01). In low-medium, low-high and medium-high occupational stress groups, in high blood pressure, obesity, high blood sugar, high TG and low HDL-c, the number of cases and prevalence of MS, though the number of cases and prevalence decreased obviously, but no statistical significance, only the prevalence of MS in low-high MS police occupational stress decline statistically significant (P<0.05). After biofeedback treatment the Excited state indicators of all occupational stress MS policemen both the intervention group and control group were significant differences (P<0.05). Biofeedback treatment to various occupational stress MS policemen both intervention group and control group,the Professional task and stress response values (P<0.05), whereas personal resources to deal with are there differences in group of high occupational stress only.Conclusion Biofeedback treatment can reduce the blood pressure、high blood sugar, decline in obesity, fall low HDL-c,decrease TG in high、medium occupational stress MS policemen.Biofeedback treatment can reduce the blood pressure, decline in obesity, fall low HDL-c, decrease TG in low occupational stress MS policemen. The prevalence decrease of high blood sugar is not obvious. The higher professional tensity the more obvious the biofeedback treatment effect.Biofeedback therapy can effectively reduce the occupational stress tensity MS police in state indicators. Thus the biofeedback therapy for MS police with occupational stress has certain curative effect.
