With the rapid development of information technology and digital products,the embedded system depended on its small size,high reliability,strong function,flexible and convenient advantages has penetrated into all walks of life,to the upgrading of products and the rapid development of automation,productivity has played an extremely important role. At the same time,the embedded Linux operating system with its open source code,easy to develop,stable performance and low cost used in embedded platform.Unit of the national each big station, hospital and other checks blood products, product varieties, specifications, the whole process, the operator must hold the control table query parameters, to the formula for calculating the capacity, and finally through with the state allows the error to judge the check whether the product is qualified, the labor intensity is relatively large, process comparison tedious.At present,the hospital and the blood unit is calculated based on manual in the basic detection of blood volume varieties,and the actual blood types not convenient to measure the volume container.This paper designs a kind of blood volume detection system based on ARM.The system is used for testing the weight acquisition and capacity of different specifications of the blood,The system uses32bits ARM as hardware platform, through the gravity sensors to collect blood types weight, rapidly compute capacity and displayed on the LCD screen according to the relationship between volume and blood types weight; software using the embedded Linux operating system for real-time monitoring, management, operation of the relevant data, but also the use of QT development tools designed the graphical user interface, convenient for users to increase, the related data to modify, delete, query and other operations. Concrete is a new intelligent system is a combination of hardware and software in one.The paper present about implementation of each blood of varieties of different specifications of automatic acquisition,analysis,processing,real time display,no function calculation and real-time data can be printed.U disk and other storage equipment real-time copy data,At the same time, the collected data can be stored in the database, the query is convenient for the user to the.
