The Experimental Study On Effect Of Xie Shi Liver Cancer No.1on H22mice Of Level Of TNF-α And IL-2in H22Hepatica Tumor Cell Cytoplasm

Objective:Through the establishment of animal of Liver cancer,to study theresistant function of Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1to H22hepatica，influence to the rate ofrestraining tumor，the index of imune organ(spleen), the level of TNF-α and IL-2in H22hepatica tumor cell cytoplasm and to discuss the antitumor immune mechanism. ForXieShi liver cancer, a party in a clinical further application of the traditional Chinesemedicine research and for the development of cancer to provide scientific theory basis.Method: Select healthy Balb/c mice were40male,were randomly divided intofour groups of ten each: the model group,the Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1,the liver jigroup, the5-FU group.Under sterile conditions in the right axillary subcutaneousinjection of0.2ml per mouse tumor cell suspension, made of solid tumor model. Allmice were given drug13days. The daily record weight, observation mice to eat, drink,activities, mental state, fur, colour and lustre and death, do the detailed record. Day10,put to death mice, take the spleen, tumor tissue electronic weighing scales, calculationYiLiuLv, immune organs index,and examing level of TNF-α and IL-2in H22hepaticatumor cell cytoplasm.Results：Compared with the saline group，Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1can improvethe immune organs(spleen)index(P<0．05)．Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1can increase thelevel of TNF-α and IL-2in H22hepatica tumor cell cytoplasm(P<0．05) and anti—tumoreffect(P<0．01). Compared with the5-FU group，Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1canimprove the immune organs(spleen)index(P<0．05), can increase the level of TNF-α andIL-2in H22hepatica tumor cell cytoplasm(P<0.05) and anti—tumor effect(P<0．01).But the anti-tumor effect of5-FU is better than Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1.Conclusion: Xie shi Liver cancer NO.1can improve the general living conditionsand no significant inhibition of weight; can obviously inhibit the growth of H22hepaticatumor,and protect the immuneorgans of the mouse.The antitumor mechanism functionis likely to increase level of TNF-α and IL-2, and improve the mice’s immune function.
