Ovarian cancer is one of the three common cancer of the female reproductivesysterm, the mortality rate is the highest in gynecological tumors[1]. The occurrenceand development of ovarian cancer involved multiple genes and steps, it is a complexprocess that including oncogene activation, tumor-suppressor genes deactivation, ofapoptosis apoptosis control mechanism disorders, etc[2]. In recent years, the study offound that the molecular oncology, apoptosis and tumor cell proliferation and theoccurrence and development of closely related. As apoptosis suppressor genes, survivin can inhibit cell apoptosis and promote cell proliferation, have an importanteffection of the occurrence and development of malignant tumor[3].Apoptosisprotease (Caspase) family plays a very important role in mediating in the process ofcell apoptosis, and Caspase-3is the key executive molecule[4], which participates inapoptosis including multiple factors. CyclinD1gene is an important member in cellcycle protein family, its production CyclinD1protein plays an important role in thesexual regulation of the cell cycle G1-S conversion, the out of controling of theprotein expression may cause abnormal cell proliferation and produce tumors[5].Objective: Detect Survivin, Caspase-3and CyclinD1in epithelial ovariancancer, ovarian tumors, benign sex between ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissueof the expressions, analyze the relationship between them and clinicopathologic sand the correlation between the three, And preliminary discuss the effect of the threein ovarian cancer happen and development, provide the experimental basis for thefunction of ovarian cancer and prognosis assessment. Methods: With the primary diagnosis clear epithelial ovarian cancer resectionspecimen36cases for experimental group, to the border of the same period andoperation were sexual ovarian tumor20cases, benign ovarian tumor18cases and normal ovarian tissue10cases as control group. Detect the expression of Survivin,Caspase-3and CyclinD1in all kinds of ovarian tissues by immunohistochemical, andanalyzes the relationship between their expression and the clinicopathologic includingpatient age, the clinical stages, differentiation degree, histology and lymphaticmetastasis, discuss the role in the three primary epithelial ovarian cancer. All datas areanalysised by SPSS17.0statistical software.Results:1. Survivin epithelial ovarian cancer in the positive expression rate69.44%was significantly higher than the border epithelial ovarian cancer35.00%, ofbenign epithelial ovarian tumor11.11%and normal ovarian tissue0, a statisticallysignificant difference (P﹤0.05), Border sex ovarian tumor, benign ovarian tumor andnormal oarian tissue three two compare two, there were no statistically significantdifference (P﹥0.05); Caspase-3in the epithelial ovarian cancer of the sexual positiveexpression rate22.22%was significantly lower than border epithelial ovarian tumor65.00%, the benign epithelial ovarian tumor72.22%and normal ovarian tissue80.00%, a statistically significant difference (P﹤0.05), Border sex ovarian tumor, benign ovarian tumor and normal oarian tissue three two compare two, there were nostatistically significant difference (P﹥0.05); CyclinD1epithelial ovarian cancer in thepositive expression rate63.89%was significantly higher than the border epithelialovarian cancer30.00%, of benign epithelial ovarian tumor16.67%and normalovarian tissue10.00%, a statistically significant difference (P﹤0.05), Border sexovarian tumor, benign ovarian tumor and normal oarian tissue three two compare two, there were no statistically significant difference (P﹥0.05)2. Epithelial ovarian cancer in CyclinD1Survivin and the expression and theclinical stages are, histologic classification and lymph node metastasis relevant (P﹤0.05), and with the clinical stages and histological grade rising and a lymph nodemetastasis rises; Caspase-3of the expression and the clinical stages and histologicalgrading relevant (P﹤0.05), and with the clinical stages and histological grade risereduced.3. In the epithelial ovarian cancer, the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3negative correlation, and CyclinD1were positively correlated. And Caspase-3andCyclinD1no significant correlation.Conclusion:1. High expressions of Survivin and CyclinD1and the relationshipbetween them and clinical staging, degree of differentiation, and lymph nodemetastasis in ovarian carcinoma, showed that they may be involved in the occurring and development of ovarian cancer, and may be markers of poor prognosis of ovariancancer.2. The absence of Caspase-3expression may be involved in the occurrence ofovarian cancer, and its expression was correlated with the clinical stage and degree ofdifferentiation, the expression of Caspase-3in clinical stage III-IV and poorlydifferentiated carcinoma decreased, and may have a certain role in the judgement ofmalignant progression and prognosis of ovarian cancer.3. The expression of survivin protein in ovarian carcinoma was negativelycorrelated with the Caspase-3protein,its mechanism may be that survivin directlyor indirectly inhibits the activity of Caspase-3, thus blocking the apoptotic process, leading to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.4. The expression of survivin protein in ovarian carcinoma was positivelycorrelated with CyclinD1protein,they have synergy during the occurrence anddevelopment in ovarian cancer.
