Objective: To explore the correlation between DCE-MRI (dynamic contrastenhanced MRI,DCE-MRI)image features and molecular biology factors (such asER、PR and C-erbB-2) of breast cancer.Methods: A retrospective analysis of55cases of women with pathologicallyconfirmed primary breast cancer patients in our hospital from January2009tofebruary2012,preoperative dynamic contrast enhanced MRI on bilateral breastsuccessfully, postoperative immunohistochemistry analysis. The median age was49.5year (range37-75years). All cases were not do any treatment before MRI. All theimages were pcocessed by ADW4.4workstation,detailed analysis of the image data ofthe cases was conducted by two experienced radiological physicians, record of themorphologic edges features of the lesions、enhancement pattern and hemodynamiccharacteristics (time-signal intensity curve TIC type, signal enhancement rate, time topeak) and other indicators. Collect the results of immunohistochemistry, record theexpression status of molecular biology factors ER、PR and C-erbB-2status.SPSS16.0statistical analysis software was used on the correlation analysis between the DCE-MRIimaging and molecular biology factors.Results:55cases of breast cancer patients, including46cases of invasive ductalcarcinoma,4cases of ductal carcinoma,3cases of invasive lobular carcinoma,1cases ofinvasive cribriform carcinoma,1cases of papillary carcinoma cases, DCE-MRI imagefeatures: smooth edges10cases, irregular margins11cases, burr edge34cases;homogeneous enhancement20cases, inhomogeneous enhancement21cases, earlyenhancement of edge14cases; TIC performance I type7cases, II type19cases, III type29cases; Signal enhancement rate values was range from89.3%-207.1%, mean value(122.47±44.72)%; Lesions reach peak time68s-350s, average peak time (140±70)s; Immunohistochemistry result:30cases of ER positive expression,25cases of ER negative expression;29cases of PR positive expression,26cases of PR negativeexpression;20cases of C-erbB-2positive expression,35cases of the C-erbB-2negativeexpression; Statistical results:1. Breast DCE-MRI burr edges and ER positiveexpression is positively correlated, with the PR、C-erbB-2the expression does nothave a significant correlation;Smooth edges、 irregular between ER andPR, C-erbB-2expression does not have significant correlation.2. Time to peak of breast cancerand C-erbB-2positive expression is negatively correlated, breast enhancement pattern,TIC, SER are no correlations with the ER and PR, C-erbB-2expression.Conclusion:1. Breast DCE-MRI burr edges and ER positive expression ispositively correlated;2. Time to peak of breast cancer and C-erbB-2positive expressionis negatively correlated; Some features of DCE-MRI image features of Breast Cancersand molecular biology factors ER、PR、C-erbB-2have a certain correlation, canspeculate indirectly that the situation of molecular biology factors expressionaccording to DCE-MRI imaging. to choose the right treatment options to provide a basis.Prompt correlation between the prompt breast cancer DCE-MRI imaging features and theexpression of some molecular markers, According to the DCE-MRI imagingfindings indirectly speculated that the expression of molecular markers, and to someextent, to guide clinical treatment options.
