Objective: The intracranial aneurysms endovascular treatment of recurrence afterrecurrence of intracranial aneurysms and analysis of relevant factorsMethods: DaLian Medical University First Hospital in June2005-June2012endovascular treatment of642patients (731aneurysms) patients with intracranialaneurysms application MRA and DSA follow-up.117cases were lost, more than525cases (573aneurysms) to follow-up,525cases (573aneurysms) than in six monthsfollow-up;525cases of482patients (517aneurysms) for6to12months follow-up;482cases of463patients (495aneurysms) get>12months of follow-up. The recurrence ofintracranial aneurysms carries on the observation and analysis of intracranial aneurysmsaneurysm tumor recurrence and neck, size, and the degree of relevant factors such asembolization relationship.Results:1) than6months follow-up of the573aneurysm, recurrence37(6.4%).Followed up for6~12months of the517aneurysm, recurrence22(4.2%). Follow-uptime>12months of the495aneurysm, recurrence19(3.8%).2) all were followed forpatients to, all did not appear again aneurysm bleeding and other new nervous systemsymptoms.5cases legacy mild hemiplegia,2cases of severe hemiplegia left.3)intracranial aneurysm embolization after3times follow-up results show that, for thefirst time follow-up the recurrence rate was6.4%, second follow-up of the recurrencerate was4.2%, the third time the recurrence rate is3.8%. Along with the increase of thefollow-up time, have gradually reduce the recurrence rate after embolization of trend, but the trend is no statistical significance,P>0.05. Intracranial aneurysm embolizationpostoperative less than six months and6to12months follow-up results show that small, medium and large aneurysm of type between recurrence rate, the difference was not statistically significant,aP>0.05,bP>0.05. Follow-up time more than12months later, large aneurysm recurrence rate higher than small and medium-sized aneurysmrecurrence rate, a statistically significant difference,cP <0.01. The aneurysmembolization recurrence rate less than completely aneurysm embolization of all timeand the embolism of recurrence rate are statistically significant differences, P <0.01.Intracranial aneurysm embolization therapy, the follow-up time less than6months,wide neck with the recurrence of aneurysm wide neck aneurysm than the recurrence rate, the difference was not statistically significant,aP>0.05; Six months later, and the widthof the recurrence rate higher than those of carotid artery aneurysms carotid arteryaneurysms wide recurrence rate, the difference was statistically significant,bP <0.01andcP <0.01.Conclusion: Traditional treatment is surgical aneurysm craniotomy surgery. Inrecent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, interventionaltreatment of intracranial aneurysm is an increasingly important position, with surgicaltrauma is small, the treatment effect is good, postoperative recovery etc. Characteristics.Secondly, as all kinds of embolic material technology innovation, intracranial aneurysmembolization quickly become the new beacon intracranial aneurysm treatment, althoughintracranial aneurysm embolization postoperative recurrence rates higher than Surgicalaneurysm craniotomy surgery, but intracranial aneurysm embolization postoperativebleeding was again, mortality, and significantly reduce the morbidity, so is stillconsidered the intracranial aneurysm treatment is safe and effective treatment. Reducethe recurrence rate of intracranial aneurysms key lies in the density of the aneurysmpatients, and the aneurysm endovascular treatment to close after radiological follow-up,for recurrent intracranial aneurysm treatment should be again. So, interventionaltreatment after intracranial aneurysms, radiological follow-up after interventionaltreatment for recurrent aneurysm ruptured aneurysm and relapse again in bleeding isespecially important. According to relevant aneurysm after interventional treatment ofrecurrence rate and recurrence time reports, intracranial aneurysms after interventionaltreatment, need MRA, CTA or DSA follow-up, follow-up time shall be greater than5years.
