objective To study preeclampsia of patients decidual tissues of dendritic cells morphology, distribution, and the number, and explore its role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Method By adopting the method of case-control studies, Collection of severe, mild preeclampsia patients and normal pregnancy pregnant uterine decidua tissue. By immunohistochemistry respectively were used to detect CD83+, CD1a+dendritic cell morphology, amount and distribution.Result (1) CD83+dendritic cells and CD1a+dendritic cells in preeclampsia group (severe), preeclampsia (mild) group and the control group were no difference of the morphology and distribution.(2) Between groups was statistically significant difference were observed in the comparison(P<0.01), the number of CD1a+dendritic cells express at least in the preeclampsia (severe) group, control group expressed the most.(3) Between groups was statistically significant difference were observed in the comparison (P<0.01), the number of CD83+dendritic cells in preeclampsia group (severe) to express the most, least control expression. Conclusion (1)Mature dendritic cells and immature dendritic cells in patients with preeclampsia and normal pregnancy pregnant women decidual tissue morphology and distribution of no difference.(2) The number of immature dendritic cells in patients with preeclampsia in decidual tissue expression is reduced, the immune tolerance environment cannot maintain, offset in the direction of Th1immune balance, resulted in the failure of the pregnancy. Immature dendritic cells reduce may have a certain relationship with the onset of preeclampsia.(3) The number of mature dendritic cells in patients with preeclampsia expression increased in decidual tissue, mature dendritic cells can activate ThO in great quantities, Make Th0Th1direction differentiation and induce immune rejection, increasing mature dendritic cells may have a certain relationship with the onset of preeclampsia.
