Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of rhubarb intestinal-borne fungal infections in severely burned rats.Methods:Choose healthy Wista r72rats, randomly divided into three groups A,B,Cand respectively by7×108个/ml concentration of candida albicans bacteria liquid lavage, cause enterogenous fungal infection model. Among them, A group of healthy rat bacterium liquid lavage, group B to scald rats lavage fluid, group C in scalded rats bacterium liquid lavage and after5minutes with50%liquid rhubarb according to5ml/kg to fill the stomach. After different times (6h,12h,24h,48h) will kill the rat, and immediately to extract cardiac vein blood of rats liver function and kidney function test; Take each rat lung and intestinal mucosa tissue, myeloperoxidase was detected by ELISA method and heat shock protein-70; By real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method to detect each group of rats lung, liver and mesenteric lymph nodes and CT value of the content of the candida albicans in kidney tissue. Results:①Liver function blood test results in group B ALT and AST in the same time period was significantly higher than group A, P<0.001; group C than in group B at the same time significantly decreased, P values less than0.01and0.05, respectively, Statistics significance.②Renal blood test results in group A at each time BUN and Cr are at normal levels; group B compared with group A,6-hour and12-hour time period displayed significantly higher (P>0.05) was not statistically significant,24hour and48-hour period increased significantly, P <0.001, there are significant differences; group C compared with group B, BUN and Cr in the6-hour and12-hour time period displayed significantly higher (P>0.05), no statistically Significance,24-hour and48-hour period increased significantly, P values less than0.01and0.05, respectively, there is a significant difference.③Lung MPO results in group B than group A in the same time period increased a lot, P<0.001, statistically significant; group C than in group B in the same time period decreased significantly (P<0.001).④Intestinal HSP-70results in group B than group A was significantly higher (P<0.001); group C than in group B increased to varying degrees,6hours and24hours P values were less than0.05,12hours and48small period P values less than0.001.⑤The fluorescence quantitative PCR results of lung tissue in group A48hours start detected containing Candida albicans; B group detected from12hours to contain Candida albicans, and the CT value in24hours and48hours compared with the previous time segment depression, indicating that the bacteria content in the rising, and the A group of the same period, P<0.01, there is a significant difference; group C6-hour and12-hour time period CT value greater than35, is not detected Candida albicans, and B group,12hours P<0.01,24hours and48hours P<0.05, statistically significant; fungi detected in liver tissue time period of12hours in group A, group B is6hours, the B group of the same time period compared with group A, the CT values decreased significantly, P<0.01, rhubarb, CT values have significantly increased (P<0.05); fungi content of the mesenteric lymph nodes detected by CT value of the four time periods of less than35, and, over time, the CT values of group B compared with group A decreased significantly (P<0.01) in group C than in group B increased significantly (P<0.05); content of fungi detected in kidney tissue A group of12hours, B group from6hours is detected and compared with the A group at the same time period was significantly decreased (P<0.01), while the detected fungi of content on the CT value of the C group compared to the B group is significantly increased at the same time, P<0.05.Conclusion:Expand the scope of severe burns, intestinal-borne fungal infections increased risk of spread to other organs of the body, liver and kidney function damage severity, increased lung MPO and intestinal HSP-70expression; early applicationrhubarb, the extent alleviate the scalded rats enterogenous fungal infections, narrowing the range of the fungus to spread to the other organs of the relevant indicators decreased.
