Objective To investigate the incidence feature and the common pathogens of invasivefungal infections in Target Population, and know about their resistance status, to explore andanalysis the risk factors for invasive fungal infections,to provide the reference for control orreduce deep fungal infection effectively. Methods It’s a perspective control study. The object of the study were the target populationwhich are hospitalized in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University between Jan2011to Jun2012.Review the patients according to the agreed questionnaire since they wereadmitted. The content are as follows: sex, age, length of stay, underlying disease, whether ornot with invading medical operation, the use of antimicrobial and antifungal treatment, andrecord blood glucose, plasmaalbumin, fungal infection group record the category of pathogensand drug sensitive test results.Investigated and analyzed the invasive fungal infectionsunderlying disease, the source of fungal specimens, the types and changes of specimens, thedepartments, the drug sensitivity, the treatment and prognosis. At the same time analyzed therisk factors for deep fungal infectionResult In total1226patients, there are121patients developed invasive fungal infection, theincidence is9.87%.The most common infection site is lower respiratory tract, the followingis urinary trac他. We separated133strains totally from the blood、 urine、 sputum、hydrothorax、ascetes and CSF sample; there are116strains of candida,14strains of mould,3strains of cryptococcus neoformans, Candida albicans(75strains) is the commonest in thecandida,. According to the results of susceptibility testing, the susceptibility distribution isremarkable significance of difference among anti-fungal drugs.Conclusion1As to infection site, Respiratory tract is most common., the following is Urinary tract, Bloodstream. has became the third;2. The site of invasive fungal infectionshave a trend which from a single tissue or organ to multiple tissues or organs, it becomesincreasingly complications;3.Candida albicans is descend, but it is still the most commonpathogen,C tropicalis is the second pathogen, the total number of invasive aspergillosis hadrisen clealy; it becomes the third common pathogen.4. The research showed that Candidaalbicans, there is a certain degree of resistant to amphotericin B Fluconazole andItraconazole, but the non-Candida albicans is susceptible dose-dependent to amphotericin BFluconazole and Itraconazole.5.The risk factors are as follows:more than60years old、longerduration of admitted in hospital severity of diseases, blood glucose, plasma bumin usage ofbroad-Spectrum antibiotics、invading medical operation.
