Objective: In clinical research methods, the general situation of patients withinsomnia, emotional, behavioral characteristics, coping styles to survey and analyze thecharacteristics of different types of insomnia in patients with anxiety, depression mood,type A behavior type and payable by way of insomnia patient outcomes.Methods: Type A Behavior Scale in the5.0version of the application HuichengConsulting Co., Ltd. integrated software system for psychological testing adultpsychological tests, Coping Style Questionnaire, the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale,Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression in October2011evaluation to the Department ofNeurology, First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in March2012outpatient insomniacs. Test level of α is0.05.Results:1.The three groups of patients with insomnia of type A Behavior Scale score differences are statistically significant, P value less than0.01, insomnia and typeA behavior of the correlation between statistical significance.2.The longer the course ofinsomnia, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores higher.3.Groups of three patients with insomnia coping style was significantly differentbetween, x2=15.837, P=0.03, generally more used immature coping style, in whichthe proportion of more chronic.4.Types of insomnia behavior, coping styles andemotional correlates well with the.Conclusion:1. Patients with insomnia have similar behavior types, theyperformed more for type A behavior.2.Patients with insomnia often associated withanxiety, depressive symptoms, and the longer the course of insomnia, anxiety,depressive symptoms and more heavy.3.Patients with insomnia with immature copingstyle, the way of coping, the patients with insomnia in question is more application ofself-blame, fantasy, retreat immature coping style, but rarely used to solve the problem,rationalization and help-seeking coping style.
