Propose:this study was to analyze through12weeks of Qianlong regimen Dhyana practice for20elderly people body function to improve the situation, provide the basis for further scientific popularization of this method.Method:by testing on20old people aged above70from12weeks of Qianlong regime sitting work before and after the body shapes, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, mental health and self health evaluation index, collection, collation, processing and analysis the data.results:(1) there is significant differences in sebum thickness subjects of the shoulder and upper arm (P<0.05);(2) there was no significant difference between male and female grip ((P>0.05)(3), women’s left arm extension, flexion abduction had significant difference (P<0.05), his right arm to touch the back flexion, extension, pronation, abduction, there was significant difference(P<0.05(female), the right lumbar rotation had significant difference(P<0.05); buckling, male left arm extension, pronation and rightarm extension have significant difference(P<0.05);(4)the respiratory system the index, and vital capacity and forced vital capacity have significant differences;(5) female and male sexual responses are significantly different (P<0.05);(6) the body symptom and organ function, female elderly have positive emotional, mental symptom and negative emotion, angle Color activities and social adaptation, social resources and social contact with significant difference (P<0.05); there were significant differences in cognitive function of the male (P<0.05), the other had not significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1, can effectively improve the elderly upper extremity flexibility, nervous system response speed, respiratory function, and enhance its activity, improve the quality of life;2, can improve the body symptom and organ function in aged women, ability of daily life the ability of elderly women, adjust and improve the emotional and mental state, improve male cognitive function, improve the quality of life.
