An Analysis And Research The Restricting Foctor Of Chengdu’s Community Health Care Development Based On Supplies And Needs

The disordered price increase of the medicines, the frequent occurrence of the disputes between the doctors and the patients, the inappropriate allocation of the medical resources and the absence of the medical supervision have become the major problems in the current social medicine. The inappropriate allocation of the medical resources can be displayed in the lagged development of the community hygiene service.With the sampling researches and interviews on part communities of Chengdu, this text makes descriptions on the current situation of the Community Health Service of the Chengdu and makes analysis on the demanding status of the Community Health Service, therefore finding out the major factors restraining the development of the Community Health Service. Meanwhile, by borrowing the experience of the Community Health Service from the developed cities home and abroad and with the theoretical knowledge obtained for the reference of the Community Health Service, this text proposes the solutions and suggestions for the development of the Community Health Service of Chengdu, to meet the citizens’demands for the Community Health Service, therefore easing the problem of "difficult and expensive medical service".
