Objective:To observe serum Omentin-1、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)、urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio in urine (Urinary Microalbumin/increatinin ration,UACR)、serum Cystatin c (Cys-C) in prehypertension group、 impaired glucose tolerance group and prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance group, evaluating the clinical value of Omentin-1and the early renal damage in patients with prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:Selects156out-patients and patients in center of physical examination between the age from32to65from March,2012to July,2012.All cases were divided into4groups:normol group(n=30), prehypertension group(n=54),impaired glucose tolerance (n=42), prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance group(n=30).All patients’ blood pressure、body mass index(BMI) were determined. Blood tests including triglycride(TG)、total cholesterol(TC)、low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)、high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)、2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG)、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were measured with turbidmetry;Serum cystatin C (Cys-C) were measured with turbidimetric method; urinary microalbumin levels were measured by enzyme immunoassay, urinary creatinine levels were measured with Jaffe reaction, and calculate the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio; Omentin-1level were measured with the method of double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA.Results: 1. Serum Omentin-1was decreased in prehypertension group and impaired glucose toleranse group(all P<0.01), and significantly lower in prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance group.Omentin-1was decreased with systolic pressure、2-hour postprandial blood glucose.2. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein was increased in prehypertension group and impaired glucose toleranse group(all P<0.01), and significantly higher in prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance group.3.Serum Cystatin-C and urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio were increased in prehypertension group and impaired glucose toleranse group(all P<0.01), and significantly higher in prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance group.There were interactons between blood glucose and blood pressure.Cys-C and UACR were increased with systolic pressure、2-hour postprandial blood glucose、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.Conclusions:1.Omentin-1would protect blood glucose and blood pressure. Otherwise, omentin-1protected multiple metabolic disorders by inhibiting inflammation.2. The early renal damage had existed in Prehypertension group. The early renal damage were significantly higher in prehypertension and impaired glucose tolerance group,indicating the interactons between blood glucose and blood pressure would inceased the early renal damage. Therefore, early prevention of blood pressure at the same time, abnormal blood sugar is very important.
