The Clinical Application Research Of Percunaeous Dilational Tracheostomy

Objective Through the research of the position relations between trachealrings and thyroid isthmus in20patients suffering from laryngeal carcinoma, tomake a reference for the puncture location of percutaneous dilationaltracheotomy and to reduce the thyroid lesions.Methods20patients suffering from laryngeal carcinoma receiving half ortotal laryngectomy in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and theFirst People’s Hospital of Yinchuan were recorded,Surgeries were finished undergeneral anesthesia, patients with shoulder pads under the pillow, head back, theneck fully exposed,recording the relationship between thyroid isthmus andtracheal rings intropertavely.Results20patients were successfully operated, during the operations,theposition relations between thyroid isthmus and tracheal rings were respectively1case in the1～3rings,14cases in2～4rings,3cases in1～4rings,1case in2～3rings, one case without thyroid isthmus.Conclusions Thyroid isthmus in vivo position varies much more and are morepresent in the2～4tracheal rings.
