Abstract/Summary:
【Objective】:To investigate the difference of The intrahepatic bile duct mucinousadenocarcinoma (intrahepatic mucinous cholangiocarcinoma, IMCC) and intrahepaticcholangiocarcinoma (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, ICC) in clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, pathology and prognosis.【Methods】:The clinical, biochemical, pathological and follow-up of20cases ofintrahepatic bile duct mucinous adenocarcinoma cases and51cases of intrahepaticcholangiocarcinoma were collected from March2007to March2013. Clinicalsymptoms, laboratory tests, pathology and prognosis of two groups were analysed byChi-square test and log-rank test.【Result】: Jaundice, fever and other symptoms in patients with intrahepatic bile ductmucinous adenocarcinoma were more often observed compared with intrahepaticcholangiocarcinoma patients, Laboratory examinations show DBIL more often raisingcompared with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients. THE pathological stage s ofIMCC patients was significantly better than the patients with ICC, and postoperativesurvival rate is also better than patients with ICC, compare Lymph node metastasisand vascular invasion of two groups show that IMCC is better than ICC.【Conclusion】: In contrast to the ICC, Biliary obstruction was more easy happened toIMCC. The prognosis of IMCC is better than ICC.
