Cisplatin in so many anticancer drugs is the first metal coordination compoundwhich is used in clinical. By virtue of its strong anti-tumor activity, it is still not onlyplays an irreplaceable role in cancer chemotherapy today, but also makes the peoplepay much attention to the metal coordination compound used in anti-tumor activity.Therefore, people put in a lot of manpower and material resources to continue todesign and synthesis of organometallic coordination compound with differentstructures, and screened from them expecting to obtain anticancer drugs which isefficient, low toxicity, highly selective.1. In this dissertation,4,5-Imidazoledicarboxylic acid was selected as the ligand.Based on the principle of crystallography, five complexes of transition metal orlanthanide nitrates with novel structures were synthesized by hydrothermal methodand obtained in the form of single crystals.(1)Mn(H2IDC)2(H2O)2CCDC:917483(2)Cu(HIDC)(H2biim) CCDC:917482(3)Zn(H2IDC)2(H2O)2(4)Cd(H2IDC)2(H2O)2·2H2O CCDC:927989(5)Cd(H2IDC)2(H2O)3·H2O CCDC:927371Their structures have been analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, andbriefly described. Both complex1、3、4are homeomorphy compounds, respectively.2. The complexes and ligand have been characterized by IR. Furthermore the IRhave been employed to characterized the above compounds. Then fluorimetricanalysis has been used to study on the complexes and ligand. Both the ligand andcomplexes1,2,3,4exhibit luminescence.3. The inhibition of the complexes against Nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2cells,Human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901,Human breast cancer MCF-7cells andColon cancer SW620cells was determined by MTT assay. The results showed that the concentrations of complexes were positively correlated with inhibitions against thecells mentioned-above. Complex4showed strong inhibition against Nasopharyngealcarcinoma CNE-2cells and complex5showed strong inhibition against Human breastcancer MCF-7.
