Objectives: To explore the changing of Wnt signaling pathways in the process ofendometrial repairing,and the proliferation and differentiation effect of endometrialstromal cells and epithelial cells by transforming the activity of the pathway. This canillustrate the regulation effects and mechanisms of Wnt signaling pathway for endometrialrepairing and remodeling,to further afford a new ideas and target for the treatment ofabnormal endometrial repair-related diseases.Methods:(1)By the repairing model establishment of artificially inducedendometrial decidual damage in vivo in mice,We Observed the proteins change ofbeta-catenin in Wnt signaling pathway throughout the endometrial repairing process invivo by using histological and immunohistochemical staining methods.(2) By chlorination lithium interfering the repairing model of artificially inducedendometrial decidual damage in vitro, we observed the proteins change of beta-catenin、Ki-67、ER-α and the effects on endometrial repairing in vitro by transforming the activityof the Wnt signaling pathway using histological and immunohistochemical stainingmethods.Results:(1) In the repairing process of artificially induced endometrial decidualdamage in vivo in mice,there was specific expression in tissue site and time forbeta-catenin protein.It was local in luminal epithelium, glandular cells and the stromalcells near luminal epithelium.The highest expression levels of beta-catenin protein wasthe time in the48hours after ovariectomized.(2)In repairing process of explant culture in vitro, the chlorination lithium activatedWnt signaling pathway and made it proliferative and differentiated for endometrialglandular cells and stromal cells.Conclusions:(1)We established successfully the repairing model of artificiallyinduced endometrial decidual damage in vivo in mice and explant tissue culture in vitro. (2)The trends between the repairing process of artificially induced endometrialdecidual damage in vivo in mice and the activity of Wnt signaling pathway existed thesimilar changes.Moreover,the repairing process may not rely on the presence ofestrogen。(3)In repairing model in vitro,Lithium chloride activated Wnt signaling pathway andpromoted repairing and remodeling of endometrial tissue。This revealed that the activatedof Wnt signaling pathway was one of the key factor for endometrial repairing andregeneration.
