Oberservation And Analysis On Postoperative Nausea And Vomiting Afeter Endoscopic Surgery Of Abdomen About Risk Factors And Effect Of Palonosetron And Tropisetron

Objective：To observe the curative effect of prevention PONV by PalonosetronHydrochloride and Tropisetron during perioperative of Endoscopic surgery ofabdomen,and analysis the correlation between PONV and Gender, body weight, bodymass index in laparoscopic surgery,in the hope of a better prevention of PONV.Methods：Retrospective investigation392case of surgery patients who takeoperation during November2012-February2013in Fujian medical university unionhospital (first-class hospital),including146cases of LC, laparoscopic-assisted ofgastrectomy114cases,laparoscopic-assisted of Dixon69cases,laparoscopic-assisted ofhemicolectomy69cases,laparoscopic-assisted of sigmoidectomy14cases，make statisticsanalysis about the factor of nausea and vomiting combined with the record of PONV in24hours after operation,such as Gender, body weight, body mass index.Use SPSS19.0toprocessing data,differences are statistically significant when p<0.05.Results：1. Both of Palonosetron and Tropisetron has a significant effect onprevent PONV in Laparoscopic surgery（p<0.05），but there are no significant differencein statistics between the two drugs(p>0.05);Palonosetron has significance to preventPONV when take LC(p<0.05),but Tropisetron has not significance in statistics (p>0.05);2.Risk factors of PONV during laparoscopic-assisted gastrointestinal surgery are:women, female weight is more than50kg, female BMI is not less than24kg/m~2（p<0.05）;while there is unrelated with the incidence of PONV in men,male weight andmale BMI in this study(p>0.05).3,Follow-up of general anesthesia patients,theinvestigation for patients prefer to pay in order to prevent PONV show that59%of patients choose palonosetron hydrochloride injection which cost200RMB;27%ofpatients used hydrochloric acid Tropisetron injection (40RMB)in minor surgery,whileused palonosetron hydrochloride injection in major surgery;14%of patients, will chooseTropisetron no matter what kind of operation.Conclusions： Both of Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection and TropisetronHydrochloride Injection have an effect on prevent PONV,but here are no significantdifference in efficacy between the two drugs;women, female body mass index not lessthan24kg/m~2, female weight not less than50kg are the risk factors for PONV duringlaparoscopic-assisted gastrointestinal surgery; male, male body mass index not less than25kg/m~2, male weight are not the risk factors for PONV during laparoscopic-assistedgastrointestinal surgery.
