Objective:Of glioma recurrence analysis of influencing factors to identifyglioma recurrence contributing factor, which reliably theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods:Retrospective study from January1,2010to201031pathologically confirmedbrain glioma clinical data of36patients, recurrence and underwent surgery again to recordtheir surgery, age, gender, ethnicity, tumor size, tumor location, tumor extent of surgery, theaverage time to recurrence of the tumor, pathological, and related follow-up treatment, andpreoperative imaging data. Results:(1) Ningxia region as the minority areas of the nationas an independent influencing factors analysis and results show that the nation can notbecome the influencing factors of glioma recurrence(.2)Univariate analysis showed that age, gender, tumor size, tumor location, and glioma recurrence no significant correlation (P>0.05).(3)Screened out of glioma recurrence independent prognostic factors by univariateanalysis for multivariate analysis results showed glioma peritumoral edema, tumor grade, resection extent of surgery, postoperative treatment of glioma recurrence of majorinfluencingfactors, and the extent of brain edema glioma recurrence. Conclusion:Glioma peritumoraledema, tumor grading, the extent of resection surgery and postoperative treatment of gliomarecurrence of the main factors, age, gender, ethnicity, tumor size, tumor location and gliomarecurrence did notobvious correlation peritumoral edema in patients with more seriouspossibility of postoperative recurrent glioma.
