Objective64-slice computed tomography coromary artery angiography andSPECT myocardial perfusion were undertook with coronary artery disease at thesame time.To analysis the correlation between myocardial perfusion defect and thecoronary stenosis in different level and locations. Methods In our hospital,48patients(33males,15females),mean age57±10years, range34~82years,with symptoms suspected of coronary arterydiease(CAD).64-slice computed tomography coromary artery angiography andstress/rest gated SPECT myocardial perfusion were performed. The result ofcoronary CT angiography was classified into five degrees of stenosis of stenosis of0-25%,26%-50%,51%-75%,76%-100%.A semi-quantitative visual interpretationwas made using short axis-,horizontal-,and vertical long axis-myocardialtomograms and a5-grade (0-4) scoring system in a17-segment model. A studywas judged as normal, mild isehemia or severe ischemia according to the sununeddifference score.Results104stenosis branches were checked by64-slice computedtomography coromary artery angiography.Stenosis degree<25%in24branechs,26%~50%in39branechs,51%~75%in28branechs,>76%in13branechs.Perfusion defect myocardial with89branechs were checked by SPECT myocardialperfusion, among them, slightly decreased perfusion in21branchs, moderatelydecreased perfusion in52branchs, and severly decreased perfusion in16branchs.LADr=0.426, p=0.01; LCXr=0.483, p=0.01; RCAr=0.324, p=0.01. Conclusions Positive correlation were existenced at Coronary arterystenosis and myocardial perfusion defect.
