| Objective:1. Detection thyroid hormone levels of neonatal respiratory distresssyndrome (NRDS), infectious pneumonia.Research the thyroid hormone level changesabove two kinds of diseases.2. Detection IL-6,TNF-α of neonatal respiratory distresssyndrome (NRDS), infectious pneumonia.Research the IL-6,TNF-α level changesabove two kinds of diseases.3.To investigate the relationship between thyroid functionand IL-6,TNF-α.Methods: Randomly selected from newborns with infectious pneumonia56casesand with NRDS30cases, no complications of premature30cases as control group. Todetect serum T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH before and after treatment with electricityelectricity chemiluminescence method respectively;With ria method to detect serumrT3levels;Method of enzyme linked immunosorbent (ELISA) to detect serum il-6,TNF-a level. Comparison groups of serum material difference after statisticsprocessing, analysis the correlation between thyroid hormone and cell factors.Resμlts:1.NRDS group The level of the T3,T4,FT3,FT4,rT3in the newbornswith the NRDS before treatment is lower than the control group, the level of IL-6ishigher than the control group(P<0.05). The level of the TSH,TNF-α was nosignificant changes among groups; and the level of the T3,T4,FT3,FT4in the newbornswith the NRDS before treatment is lower compare with the after treatment group, thelevel of IL-6is higher than the after treatment group(P<0.05).The level of theTSH,rT3,TNF-α were no significant changes among groups.2. neonatal infectiouspneumonia group The level of the T3in the newborns with the infectious pneumoniabefore treatment is lower than the after treatment grounp(P<0.05).And the level ofthe TSH and the IL-6,TNF-α is higher compare with the after treatment grounp(P<0.05).The level of the T4,FT3,FT4,rT3were no significant changes among grounps;thelevel of the T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH in the newborns with severe infectious newborns werelower than the light infectious newborns(P<0.05),and the level of the IL-6,TNF-αwas revers(eP<0.05). The level of the rT3was no significant changes among grounps.3. correlation①NRDS group There exists a negative correlation between T3andDuration of mechanical ventilation,Time with supplemental oxygen, and a negativecorrelation between FT3,FT4and Time with supplemental oxygen. There exists a positive correlation between IL-6and Duration of mechanical ventilation,Time withsupplemental oxygen(P<0.05);the level of the T4in the newborns with the PStherapy group is lower compare without the PS therapy group. There exists a negativerelevant correlation between IL-6and T3,T4,FT3,FT4(P<0.05)②neonatal infectiouspneumonia group There exists a negative relevant correlation between T3andIL-6,TNF-α(P<0.05).Conclusions:①T3, FT3, T4, FT4,rT3decrease and Il-6increase on the NRDS;there exists correlation between T3, FT3, T4, FT4, Il-6levels and main treatmentmeasures of NRDS (oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation therapy, PS replacementtherapy);Il-6and T3, FT3, T4, FT4are negatively related.②T3decrease and Il-6,TNF-α,TSH increase on the neonatal infectious pneumonia; T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH decreaseand IL-6,TNF-α increase on the severe infectious pneumonia; Il-6,TNF-α and T3arenegatively related. The level of thyroid hormones to evaluate the severe infectiouspneumonia has clinical value. |
